The easiest access into the western end of Grand Gulch. Halfway down you'll pass an old cowboy camp in an alcove. Later, look around and you’ll find some rock art at ‘The Narrows’ at the junction with the Gulch, a great place for a picnic.

If you have extra time just 3 miles up Grand Gulch is ‘Banister Ruin’, an impressive site.
