One of the best loop hikes in Canyonlands NP. Easily hiked in half a day if you're pushed for time, the 7 mile trail crosses meadows, follows washes and climbs slickrock to a high pass between the two canyons before returning to the trailhead. Very, very scenic with extensive views.

From the visitor center take the road to the Squaw Flats campground and trailhead. Most of the hiking is easy but there are a few steep and tricky spots at the junction of Squaw and Big Spring Canyons. Watch out for cairns along some of the longer sections of slickrock.
